We offer a 10% discount off the nightly rate to AAA members OR $5 off to AARP members.
For groups of six or more rooms, we offer a 10% discount off the nightly rates.
No additional discounts apply.
Discounts do not apply to weekly, monthly, holiday or festival rates.
You must cancel your reservations by noon on the day before you are due to arrive. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for the first night of your reservation.
Holidays and Festivals require cancellation by noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Groups require cancellation by noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. On very busy days, it may be a bit later; on slow days, you may be able to get in earlier.
You can check in after the office is closed, just call ahead!
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
We accept traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and cash.
We do NOT accept personal checks.
A credit card is required for all reservations.

Well behaved pets with responsible owners are allowed in some units.
Since these units are individually owned, owners can choose whether or not to accept pets.
Pets must weigh under 35 pounds.
They must be leashed while on the property and owners must clean up after their pets.
There is a maximum of two pets per unit. The charge is $7 per pet per night.
We have one space per unit. Sorry, we do not have on site parking for boats.
