All rates are for two persons. There is a $5 per night charge for each additional person.

There is no charge for children 12 years old or younger.

There is a four person maximum (including children) occupancy per unit.

Some units are only set up for two people.

Some units accept small pets for a charge of $7 per pet per night. Maximum of two pets per unit. Please read our PET POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY
HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVALS REQUIRE CANCELLATION 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

HOLIDAY RATES

A two night minimum stay is required for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

The rates below apply to all days within the holiday period.

A two night minimum stay is required for New Year's Eve.

Only one parking space is available per unit - permit parking only!

No discounts are offered for holidays.

FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR (STUDIO UNITS)
$105 per night plus tax (9%)

THIRD FLOOR (LOFT BEDROOM UNITS)
$115 per night plus tax (9%)
