All rates are for two persons. There is a $5 per night charge for each additional person.

There is no charge for children 12 years old or younger.

There is a four person maximum (including children) occupancy per unit.

Some units are only set up for two people.

Some units accept small pets for a charge of $7 per pet per night. Maximum of two pets per unit. Please read our PET POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel by noon on the day before you are due to arrive to avoid being charged full price for the first night.

HOLIDAYS AND FESTIVALS REQUIRE CANCELLATION 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
