All rates are for two persons. There is a $5 per night charge for each additional person. There is no charge for children 12 years old or younger.
There is a four person maximum (including children) occupancy per unit.
Some units are only set up for two people.
Some units accept small pets for a charge of $7 per pet per night. Maximum of two pets per unit. Please read our PET POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel your reservations by noon on the day before you are due to arrive. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for the first night of your reservation. Holidays and Festivals require cancellation by noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Please see Holiday Rates for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and New Year's Eve Rates and minimum stay requirements. Please see Festival Rates for information about the Seafood Festival in October.

Holidays and Festivals require cancellation by noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival. A three night minimum stay is required for the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. The rates below apply to all days within the holiday period. A two night minimum stay is required for New Year's Eve. Only one parking space is available per unit - permit parking only! No discounts are offered for holidays.

A two night minimum stay is required for the Seafood Festival in October and the Arts Festival in April. Reservations for the October Seafood Festival begin May 15th. Reservations for the April Arts Festival begin January 15th. Only one parking space is available per unit - permit parking only! No discounts are offered for Festival weekends. Stay Friday and Saturday - you can stay for $58.50 on Sunday (and keep that parking place all day too!).
