Each THIRD FLOOR unit includes:

a private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico;
kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, four burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary utensils for cooking and dining;
complimentary coffee and/or tea with nondairy creamer, sugar/sugar substitute;
full bath (shower and tub);
built-in hair dryers;
iron/ironing board;
air conditioning/heat; and
cable television.

All the units on the THIRD FLOOR are split level units. There is a loft bedroom on the upper level and a kitchen and living area with full bath on the lower level. The lower level is 450 square feet; the loft bedroom is 225 square feet.

All the units face the Gulf of Mexico to the south-southeast and have a private balcony.

Access is by stairs only; we do not have an elevator.

Most of the third floor loft bedrooms have a queen size bed. One unit, 323, has a king size bed. SOME have a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The maximum occupancy in any unit is four people, however, some units are limited to two people only (including children of any age).

All the units are one bedroom condominiums. We do have units with adjoining doors which can be rented as two bedroom units. On third floor, units 326 and 327 have an adjoining door; units 321 and 322 also have an adjoining door.
