EACH UNIT INCLUDES

  • a private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico;
  • kitchenette with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, four burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary utensils for cooking and dining;
  • complimentary coffee and/or tea with nondairy creamer, sugar/sugar substitute;
  • full bath (shower and tub);
  • built-in hair dryers;
  • iron/ironing board;
  • air conditioning/heat; and
  • cable television.

Well behaved pets with responsible owners are allowed in some units.
Since these units are individually owned, owners can choose whether or not to accept pets.

Pets must weigh under 35 pounds.
They must be leashed while on the property and owners must clean up after their pets.

There is a maximum of two pets per unit. The charge is $7 per pet per night.
