Since Unit 331 is located next to the stairs, it has a front balcony and a side balcony as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well behaved pets with responsible owners are allowed in some units.
Since these units are individually owned, owners can choose whether or not to accept pets.

Pets must weigh under 35 pounds.
They must be leashed while on the property and owners must clean up after their pets.

There is a maximum of two pets per unit. The charge is $7 per pet per night.
