49th Annual Cedar Key Seafood Festival Saturday Oct 20 and Sunday Oct 21, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hungry for Seafood? Arts & Crafts? Live music and family fun on the Gulf? Cedar Key is the Place to Be Oct 20-21! The 49th Annual Cedar Key Seafood Festival offers all that and more. Organized by the Cedar Key Lions Club, the festival offers fine food, entertainment, shopping and family fun. Bouncing back from Hurricane Irma, the historic fishing town celebrates the area’s fishing heritage, offering two days of fantastic food, a Seafood Festival parade, over 100 arts and crafts exhibitors, free live music on a clam boat stage in the beach side park and loads of family fun on the beautiful Old Florida island city of Cedar Key. The Festival also marks the opening ribbon cutting ceremony for the Florida Shellfish Trail tourism guide. Free admission. Location: Downtown Cedar Key, Levy County, Florida. 7th Annual Pirate Invasion November 1 - 3rd, 2019
Well the Pirate Invasion may be on hold this year but that doesn't mean we can't still party on like a pirate in our own way. Come to Cedar Key anyway and get your Pirate on. We look forward to seeing you then!
Old Florida Celebration of the Arts in Cedar Key
April 4th and 5th, 2020
Juried Fine Arts and Crafts Event ranked in the Top 10 Arts Fairs in America the past three years. Welcomes 120 artists to the small island community of Cedar Key nestled in the center of Florida's Nature Coast, 60 Miles SW of Gainesville. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, local seafood, music and kids art activities in beachfront City Park. Sat 10-5, Sun. 10-4.
Free and pet-friendly. Proceeds benefit the Cedar Key Arts Center and local non-profit organizations.
