PARK PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
Association assessments: $240 per month due on the 1st of the month. This assessment represents each unit’s share of the common expenses. A copy of the budget is available for inspection if you are seriously considering purchasing a unit.
Utilities: Owners are responsible for their individual water bill (usually $42 per month), electric bill ($40-$100 per month depending on the time of year and usage), and cable ($30.55 per month).
Property Taxes: Each unit owner is responsible for the individual property taxes on the unit. The taxes are approximately $2,500 per year.
Use Restrictions: These units are for “temporary residence” only. Owner occupancy cannot exceed 90 days continuous occupancy in any 12-month period or 120 days total occupancy in any 12-month period. Copies of the condominium documents are also available for inspection and should be read thoroughly for any additional restrictions.
The rent is split 60% to the owner and 40% to the rental management program. The owner is responsible for condominium assessments, utilities, taxes and any repairs beyond routine maintenance.
